Office Manager

Jacki has over 30 years of experience in the Insurance Industry. Her career began in TX and she has also worked for agents in GA and CA. She returned home to TX in 2011, when she joined Patrick's team as Office Manager. Her main goal is to help make sure our insureds receive great care and service. She works with State Farm policyholders on maintaining existing polices and helping them when their needs change. She also works with customers assisting with out of state transfers.
